中文摘要 | 在延性鑄鐵中添加合金元素以達到耐熱、耐蝕及耐磨耗等性質的應用已成為現今提升材料性質的重要方法。因此,本研究主要目的即在探討冶金參數(合金種類、合金添加量)與鑄造參數(澆鑄溫度)對Fe-C-Si-Mo系合金延性鑄鐵鑄造流動性之影響。另,亦探討在不同溫度(973K、1073K、1173K)下,冶金參數(合金種類、合金添加量)對Fe-C-Si-Mo系合金延性鑄鐵耐熱震性之影響。研究結果顯示:流動性方面(1)Fe-C-Si系合金延性鑄鐵之流動性隨Si含量的增加而降低。(2)Mo在添加量為0.6%~0.8%範圍時,對Fe-C-Si-Mo系合金延性鑄鐵之流動性影響不大。(3)Fe-C-Si-0.7% Mo系合金延性鑄鐵之流動性隨澆鑄溫度的提高而變佳。耐熱震性方面(1)Fe-C-Si系合金延性鑄鐵呈現非常優越之耐熱震性。 (2)隨Si含量的增加其耐熱震次數也隨之增加。(3)耐熱震次數隨著加熱溫度的提高而下降。 |
英文摘要 | Adding alloying elements into ductile cast iron to enhance the heat, corrosion, and abrasive resistance properties has become an important means in improving the alloy quality. Thus, the objective of this study is to investigate the effects of alloying variables (type of alloying element, amount of alloying element) and casting parameter (pouring temperature) on the fluidity of Fe-C-Si-Mo system ductile cast irons. In addition, the effects of alloying variables on the thermal shock resistant property of Fe-C-Si-Mo system ductile cast irons under different testing temperatures (973、1073、1173K) are also investigated in this study. The results indicate that the fluidity of Fe-C-Si system ductile cast iron decreases with increasing the Si content, while there is no obvious effect on the fluidity of Fe-C-Si-Mo system ductile cast iron by adding Mo content between 0.6% and 0.8%. In addition, the fluidity of Fe-C-Si-Mo system ductile cast iron is improved by increasing the pouring temperature. Fe-C-Si system ductile cast irons possess superior thermal shock resistant property; the thermal shock resistance is improved with increasing the Si content, but decreases with increasing the testing temperature. |
