| 中文摘要 | 本研究透過問卷調查探討數位教學設計專業人員及曾參與數位教學設計鑑定考試之應試者對於「數位教學設計專業技能規範」與「數位教學設計專業人員鑑定考試」之看法,以了解數位教學設計技能規範與現行鑑定考試之適切性及可能問題。在82位回應填答的受訪者中有45人曾參加數位教學設計鑑定考試(佔數位教學設計應試人數之57%),另37人則為現職數位教學設計專業人員。因此,本研究之應答者具代表性,能適切反應數位教學設計專業人員及數位教學設計鑑定考試應試者之看法。研究結果顯示,數位教學設計專業人員認同技能規範對於數位學習產業發展及其個人求職與工作具有正向的幫助,但也認為鑑定考試在試題設計與適用對象之定位仍需改進,方能符合目標對象及數位學習產業聘僱優質員工之需求,進而提升數位學習專業人員素質並促進數位學習產業之發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | The major purpose of this study was to examine instructional designers' attitudes toward the Instructional Design Skill Certification program (IDSC). A questionnaire was conducted to collect instructional designers' attitudes toward IDSC. Among the 82 responders, 45 of them had taken the certification tests. The analysis showed that instructional designers confirmed the positive effects of IDSC on the development of e-learning industry and the helpfulness of certified-participants' job-seeking. It was suggested that the test item difficulty and target audience of IDSC should be further improved and positioned to meet the need of e-learning industry. Therefore, IDSC can bring forth positive effects on the development of e-learning industry. |
