中文摘要 | 意象訓練對於運動員及一般人都很重要,藉由放鬆法使自己達到最佳狀態,自然而然使自己在面對運動情境或生活情熱皆能輕鬆應對,只要經過長期且規律的意象練習(imagery training),當需要時就能夠自動引發出來。木球運動(Wood Ball)是一項具有休閒、競技的運動,由臺灣人自行研究發明,被稱做為「紅色的球、綠色的運動」,其原因為木球是在草地上從事擊球的運動。研究指出,意象練習與運動表現有密切的關係。所以強化選手的心理能力,在現今高水準的木球競技運動中,意象練習更能導致較好的運動表現。本文以認知技巧的角度來探討「意象練習」對木球運動表現的影響,並列舉在木球擊球上的應用練習,使其融入運動訓練中以充分發揮其效益。 |
英文摘要 | Imagery training is very important for athletes and ordinary people. Make yourself achieve under the best condition by relaxing. Naturally, you can easily deal with everything happening during taking exercise or in your life. This kind of ability will be shown out by itself in need after a long period of imagery training with regular. Wood Ball is a leisure and competitive exercise invented by Taiwanese, and it’s also called “Red Ball and green Exercise” because it’s played and hit on the grass. According to the research, imagery training is close related to exercise achievement. Therefore, nowadays imagery training will lead to better exercise achievement by strengthening players’ psychological ability among these high-class Wood Ball Games. In this article, we can discover the effects on Wood Ball that imagery training puts by analyzing Wood Ball’s recognition skills. Meanwhile, it shows readers some practical practices to play Wood Ball. |
