中文摘要 | 塑膠加工業在現代的民生工業中已佔舉足輕重的地位,這是無庸置疑的,不只在 國內,塑膠工業廣為大眾所接受,在國外也是如此;然而它的製造方法特殊,在製程上需要 調整與設定的參數很多,這些不定的參數正是灰色系內所謂灰數,故作者大膽用灰色關聯分 析法,作射出成形製程最佳化研究,並與傳統射出成形工廠的老師傅經驗值作一比對與個案 研究分析,發覺結果一致。 |
英文摘要 | It is definitely that the plastics industry has occupied the important position in modern domestic market. Plastic products has been accepting by the most of people in Taiwan, even the same in foreign. However, its manufacturing method is so special, it needs to adjust and set a lot of parameters, these uncertainty parameters are just the grey numbers in the grey system. So, the authors boldly use the grey relational analysis method to do the manufacturing process optimization research of injection molding techniques, moreover do a case study and comparison of experienced values from the traditional injection molding factory. Finally we found the results are unanimous. This experimental optimization technique provided the least number of experiments, which can cause time and cost savings over the classical method. |
