中文摘要 | 文獻指出,去氧核糖核酸 (deoxyribonucleic acid ; DNA) 修復機能減退會使老化加速。本研究目的 在探討不同劑量的DNA對小鼠老化抑制之影響作用。實驗以6月齡老化促進小鼠 (senescence accelerated mice; SAMP8) 為對象,分為對照組及添加0.2%、0.5% DNA組,餵食12週。實驗期間觀察體重變化、攝食量及評估老化指數 (aging score)。結果顯示,實驗期間無論對照組及實驗組其體重變化和攝食量於三組間無顯著性差異。在老化指數評估方面,對照組之老化指數總分皆高於0.2%和0.5%DNA組, 且有達統計上差異 (P<0.05 )。因此,由本實驗結果得知,添加DNA組可改善老化指數及延緩日益嚴重的老化現象。 |
英文摘要 | The DNA damage cause aging and retrograde. The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of different dose deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) supplement on aging inhibition in mice. Six-month-old senescence accelerated mice (SAMP8) were divided into three groups: casein diet group (control group) and casein diet supplemented with 0.2%, O.5%DNA. After 12 weeks feeding, body weight, food intake and aging score were performed during the experiment. The results showed that food intake and body weight were no significantly among three groups. The aging score of control group was higher than the experimental group in 0.2% and O.5%DNA (P<0.05). In summary, we conclude the supply of DNA may improve aging score and delay the aging process. |
