中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討技職教育體系護理學士學制中護理教師的創造力發展因素。研究對象是91學年度臺灣地區技職體系公私立學士學制學校學士層級之280位護理教師,採方便取樣獲得68位護理教師為樣本。創造力發展因素的測量使用王文中及鄭英耀(2000)所編製的「創造力發展量表」。主要研究結果發現為:(一)護理教師的創造力個人因素擁有度平均為32.44分(標準差為4.78);護理教師認為創造力個人因素的助益程度平均為39.65分(標準差為3.75)。(二)護理教師的創造力家庭因素相像程度平均為36.90分(標準差為9.85);護理教師的創造力家庭因素助益程度平均為50.59分(標準差為4.06)。(三)護理教師的創造力組織因素具有程度平均為33.68分(標準差為8.82);護理教師認為創造力組織因素的助益程度平均為50.81分(標準差為4.14)。以上發現可提供技職教育體系規劃護理系教師在職教育計劃的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the creativity and its facilitating factors among nursing faculty of bachelor's programs in the vocational and technical education system (VTES). Subjects of this study are 280 nursing teachers, of the school year 2002 in Taiwan, who were teaching in the public and private colleges and universities with the educational level of bachelor's programs in the VTES. Using the convenient sampling method, there are 68 nursing teachers who were willing to be the sample of this research. The facilitating factors of creativity was measured using a Creativity Facilitating Inventory edited by Wang and Cheng's (2000). There are three major results of this study as follows: 1. The score for Nursing teachers' possessing extent of personal factors among creativity facilitating factors is 32.44±4.78; the score for personal factors among the assisting extent of nursing teachers' creativity is 39.65±3.75. 2. The score for the similarity extent of family factors among creativity facilitating factors is 36.90±9.85; the score for family factors among the assisting extent of nursing teachers' creativity is 50.59±4.06. 3. The score for Nursing teachers' possessing extent of organization factors among creativity facilitating factors is over 33.68 in average(SD=8.82); the score for organization factors among the assisting extent of nursing teachers' creativity is 50.81±4.14. Therefore, these findings mentioned-above can be provided to teachers who are in the nursing department of vocational and technical education system for their reference over the on service education plan. |
