中文摘要 | 本文試對後現代主義理論、後現代教育行政領導理念、實踐、契機與危機進行探究。首先,在後現代教育行政領導發展背景上,本文先要的說明後代主義思潮的重點,接續著說明後現代教育行政領導理之所以成為美國教育行政領導改革第三波的原因。第二,在後現代教育行政領導理念部份,本文嘗試用垃圾桶決策模式解決目標不明、成員結合鬆散組織的領導問題。第三,在後現代教育行政領導實踐方面。領導者需運用道德領導有智慧的運用領導權力。最後,分析後現代育行政領導對新析世紀教育所帶來的新契機及可能產生的危機。期望上的探究現代教育行政領導問題的解決有所助益,更希望新世紀的教育能夠在後現代教育行政領導理念的引導之下順利的迎接新世紀的挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article is to explore concept, implementation, advantage, and disadvantage of postmodern leadership in educational administration. First in the background of development of postmodern leadership in educational administration, this article introduce the importance of postmodern theory and explain the reasons the postmodern had became the mainstream of third educational administration reform in America. Secondly in the concept of postmodern leadership in educational administration, this article attempts to solve the leading problems of uncertain objectives and lossely-cohension members in schools by using cabbage can decision model. Thirdly in the implementation of postmodern leadership in educational administration, the education administrational leaders can use leadership more wisely to control leading power. The last, the article analyzes the impacts on postmodern leadership to educational administration in next century bringing the new opportunities and possible crises. It is expected that these inquiries of postmodern leadership in education administration is helpful in solving the educational problems in the modern society and in being against the challenge in 21 century by using postmodern leadership. |
