中文摘要 | 本研究主要是在探討實施學生導向教學的實際行為與個人的行為意向、學校組織結構、老師效能、和老師信念各構面之間是否有顯著的相關性?本研究邀請中部地區十五所技專院校的老師作為研究對象(共有415位參與者─240位男性和175位女性)。研究者利用問卷調查做為本研究的方法,藉由學校組織結構、老師效能、老師信念、行為意向、和實際行為等測量尺度去探討各構面間的關係。同時,蒐集到的資料利用SPSS套裝軟體的徑路分析和多元迴歸分析去測量顯著性的發現。結果顯示:實際行為和行為意向、老師效能、學校組織結構彼此之間有正相關存在;行為意向和老師信念、老師效能、學校組織結構彼此之間也有正相關存在;而且在老師信念和老師效能、老師效能和學校組織結構彼此之間也有正相關存在;唯有老師信念和學校組織結構之間沒有顯著的相關性。本調查結果證實本研究架構可以有效使用徑路和逐步迴歸分析去預測並建構學生導向教學相關活動。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims at understanding that whether the actual behavior of performing student-centered teaching is connected with personal behavioral intention, school structures, teacher beliefs, and teacher efficacy? A total of 415 participants (240 male and 175 female) of this study were invited from fifteen schools of Technology in the central section of Taiwan. The researcher utilized questionnaire methodology as his main research method, through School Structures Scale, Teacher Efficacy Scale, Teacher Beliefs Scale, Behavioral Intention Scale, and Actual Behavior Scale to explore the correlation among them. Meanwhile, the collected data were analyzed by path analysis and stepwise regression analysis of SPSS to measure the significance of the findings. The results showed a positive relationship among them, only teacher beliefs and school structures didn’t have a significant relationship. The results of this investigation effectively used path analysis and stepwise regression analysis for predicting creating student-centered teaching related activities. |
