中文摘要 | 本研究為提昇本公司輕油異構化工場之操作效益,進行進料中不同烷烴組成和相 關雜質對觸媒反應活性、選擇性、反應器溫度和辛烷值以及對異構化工場操作之影響…等相 關之研究,做為提昇輕油異構化工場操作效益之參考。綜合我們的研究結果,得到下面結論 :1. 一般異構化工場進料辛烷值約 68, 經異構化製程可提昇辛烷值至 79, 再由 ISOSIV 分離製程提昇至 88, 而異產品辛烷值決定於進料中戊烷和已烷之比例,即進料中戊烷烴含 量愈高,其異構化產品辛烷值愈高。 2. 丁烷:丁烷和較小烷烴不會進行異構化反應。但會 在製程中循環、累積,造成浪費能源、觸媒活性降低、分離效率與產品辛烷值降低…等不良 影響。 3. 庚烷:庚烷等較大烷烴會進行裂解反應,造成媒床溫度上昇、觸媒積碳而活性下 降、壽命減短和液體產率降低以及溫度可能會偏離等問題。 4. 苯:苯會進行加氫飽和反應 ,造成氫氣消耗和強烈放熱反應,且產生異構化液體產率和產品辛烷值皆降低等不利影響。 5. 水氣:降低觸媒活性和分子篩吸附性能。6. 硫份:硫對鉑觸媒是一種永久性之毒化。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigate the catalysis of Pt/Mordenite catalysts in paraffin isomerization. The variables studied included: reaction conditions (temperatures, pressures) and different composition of paraffins. The activity, selectivity and research octane number of the products were investigated. The conclusions are: 1. The optimal temperatures investigated for PT/Mordenite catalysis on different paraffins were as following: n-pentane (260 ∼ 275 ℃ ), n-hexane (255 ∼ 256 ℃ ), n-heptane (210 ∼ 230 ℃ ). It showed that the optimal temperatures were decreased as the carbon chain was increased.2. The octane number of products was increased, as the n-pentane content in the feed was increased.3. Butane pass through the PT/Mordenite catalyst reacter unaffected.4. For Pt/Mordenite catalysis on the n-heptane isomerization, about half of the n-heptane was cracked. This cracking increased the bed temperatures. The coke on the catalyst was increased and the activity was decreased 5 ∼ 21 % . The selectivity, liquid yield and cycle life of catalysts were decreased, too. |
