中文摘要 | 中藥材有機氯劑農藥限量標準係中藥品質管制重要規範之ㄧ,本計畫以氣相層析儀/電子捕捉偵測器法(GC/ECD)進行木瓜、大棗、麥門冬、丹參、芡實、小茴香、荊芥、黃柏、桑白皮、枸杞 子、牡丹皮、赤芍、三七、知母、延胡索、厚朴、柴胡、陳皮、杏仁、桃仁等20種中藥材之α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC、o,p'-DDE、p,p'-DDE、o,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDT、aldrin、dieldrin、endrin、PCNB、chlordane、hexachlorobenzene、heptachlor 等15種有機氯劑農藥殘留量調查。檢驗結果顯示20種中藥材,每品目各20件,共400件檢體中,均未超出公告限量標準值﹝BHC總量:0.9 ppm,DDT總量:1.0 ppm,PCNB (Quintozene):1.0 ppm﹞。由於大部份中藥材尚未訂定農藥殘留限量標準,本計畫結果提供行政管理單位作為制定管制標準之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | The limitation of organochlorine pesticide in raw materials is an important issue for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. The residual 15 organochlorine pesticides including α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, δ-BHC, o,p’-DDE, p,p’- DDE, o,p’-DDT, p,p’-DDT, aldrin, dieldrin, endrin, PCNB, hexachlorobenzene, chlordane, and heptachlor in Chaenomilis Fructus, Jujubae Fructus, Ophiopogonis Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Euryales Semen, Foeniculi Fructus, Schizonepetae Herba, Phellodendri Cortex, Mori Cortex, Lycii Fructus, Moutan Radicis Cortex, Paeoniae Rubra Radix, Notoginseng Radix, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Corydalis Rhizoma, Magnoliae Cortex, Bupleuri Radix, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Armeniacae Amarum Semen and Persicae Semen were determined by GC/ECD and confirmed by GC/MS/MS. The result showed that the organochlorine pesticide residues in all 400 samples were complied with residue limits (total BHC, 0.9 ppm; total DDT, 1.0 ppm; PCNB (quintozene), 1.0 ppm) set by Department of Health. These survey data could provide the limitation assessment of control drugs in raw materials of TCM for the regulatory authority. |
