中文摘要 | 菜心螟Hellula undalis(Fabricius)對十字花科蔬菜產卵偏好性之探討,係在網 籠內進行。採自嘉義新港鄉農田的清江白菜上幼蟲,攜回室內置於 25 ℃、先週期 12L:12D 之生長箱,以相同之食料餵飼三代後,準備當供試蟲源。選用之十字花科蔬菜種類為甘藍、 大頭菜、小白菜、油菜、蘿蔔、芥藍和清江白菜等。 當每種作物在四片真葉 (約栽植後 28 天 ) 時,移植到盆缽 (內徑約 25 公分 ) 內,將其視之為一重複。7 缽排成一列即為一試 區。每次試驗有 4 試區均置於一網籠內 (62 × 180 × 195cm �� )。每次試驗釋放 50 對 甫羽化之成蟲。本試驗共做兩次。成蟲釋放一天後,則觀察幼苗上的菜心螟產卵數,如此試 驗連續三天。結果顯示菜心腹喜產卵於葉背中脈兩側 (近葉柄處 ),其產卵數大致上以葉片 呈藍綠色者較葉片呈淡綠色者高,如蘿蔔、清江白菜等。在所有供試的十字花科葉片上菜心 螟產卵數,即隨著調查日數之進行而增加,在第三天觀察時,發現部分卵已孵化並爬向心葉 取食為害,且干擾調查。 |
英文摘要 | The oviposition preference of Hellula undalis (Fabricius) on various Crucifers was investigated in a screen cage test. Larvae were collected from the Chinese mustard at Shin-Kang, Chiayi, and maintained on the same host in an incubator set at 25 ℃ with a photoperiod 12L: 12D for at least three generations before the test. Cruciferous seedings such as common cabbage, kohlrabi, non-heading type Chinese cabbage, rape, radish, Chinese kale, and Chinese mustard were chosen as the test crops. One seeding at 4-cotyledon stage (28days after sowing) of each crops were planted at the same pot (dia. 25 cm) and assigned as one replicate. Seven pots were placed in one row and assigned as one block. Each trial consisted of 4 blocks and placed in a screen cage (62 × 180 × 195 cm �� ). Fifty pairs of newly emerged adults were released for each trial and this test was conducted twice. One days after releasing the adults, the numbers of eggs deposited on each seedings were recorded for 3 consecutive days. Significantly higher number of eggs were found on those plants which have the blue green color leaves, e. g. radish, Chinese mustard, etc., when compared with those plants had brighter green leaves. Eggs prefered deposited on lower surface of leaves. The number of eggs deposited on each seedings of all the Crucifers were increased as the time progressed after 3 day, some of the eggs were hatched and moved to the growing points, no matter which species of Crucifers was. |
