中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為建構一套臺電汽機轉子振動訊號擷取、分析與診斷系統,本系統採用模組化設計,包含4個次系統:(1)振動訊號擷取;(2)振動訊號分析;(3)振動訊號診斷;(4)振動訊號網路資料庫。此系統可幫助工程師快速找出機組振動訊號的特徵及相關的分析圖表,較容易判斷機組的運作狀況,同時本系統也可對一些常見故障做快速判斷並做簡易的故障位置判定,這更可幫助維修人員快速掌握機組主要故障狀況。此外,本系統之擴充性極佳,除了目前完成的功能之外,針對4個次系統均可分別增加其功能。 |
英文摘要 | The object of this study is to build a data acquisition, analysis and diagnosis system for Taipower's turbine-generator vibration monitoring system. This system includes four subsystems: (1) data acquisition, (2) data analysis, (3) data diagnosis, and (4) database for vibration data. It can help engineers to find out the characteristics and related phenomenons of turbine-generator with the corresponding analytic datum and chart. Simultaneously, the diagnosis system can also help the engineers to speedily diagnose some main malfunctions and determine the location of the malfunctions in the turbine-generator system. In the other hand, this system is flexible for the user to individually extend the function into the four subsystems. |
