中文摘要 | 配合番荔枝果園栽培管理作業需求,研發之各種作業機械,在果園管理適期,進行作業試驗,探討分析各種主要作業機械在番荔枝果園使用之工作效率並與人工作業比較,建立機械化作業體系,做為推廣農民使用之參考。結果顯示(一)利用自走式鼓風噴霧車,進行病蟲害防治作業,作業時間為1.2hr/ha;(二)在草莖高度70公分時,利用乘坐式割草機進行果園割草作業,作業時間為8hr/ha;(三)利用果樹施肥機進行果園施肥作業,作業時間為0.25hr/ha;(四)利用果園中耕施肥機進行果樹冠下中耕施肥一貫作業時,作業時間為7.3hr/ha;(五)利用小型挖土機在番荔枝果園隔行挖溝,覆土施有機肥時,作業時間為21.3hr/ha;(六)在十年生番荔枝果園,利用果樹整枝修剪機進行修剪作業,每公頃約須4.3日;(七)利用小型搬運車搬運肥料進入果樹行間再以人工方式施肥,作業時間為4.3hr/ha;(八)重量式蔬果選別機,進行番荔枝果實之重量分級,工作效率為3800個/小時,分級準確率在90%以上。 |
英文摘要 | Using various machinery for the management of sugar apply orchard had been integrated and tested for saving labor. The results showed that: The spraying pesticides with the 4wd blast-sprayer took 1.2hr/ha; the moving operation with the riding-mower took 8 hr/ha at grass 70cm high; the fertilizing operation with the spreader took 0.25 hr/ha. The integrated machinery may apply 920kg of fertilizers within 7.3 hours under canopy; the small type excavator may furrow every other row for mulching in 21.3 hr/ha; it took only 4.3 days/ha to finish pruning work on 10 years sugar apple orchard; the small transporter carrying fertilizer into orchard following with manual application may finish in 4.3 hr/ha.; the fruit sorter at weight basis worked at 3800 fruits/h and sorted rate was over 90%/ |
