英文摘要 | In the present study, the direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) method is employed to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the confined impinging slot jets in micro parallel-plate channel. The rarefaction of gas flow is in the range of slip to transition flow regime. The model considered includes a movable lower plate at isothermal condition specified as the impingement surface. Two kinds of thermal boundary condition, isothermal and adiabatic, are used for the upper plate. In the present DSMC simulations, isothermal and adiabatic wall conditions are treated using collision rules of diffuse refraction and isotropic scattering, respectively. The influences of inlet-to-outlet pressure ratio, jet width and channel height on pressure distribution of impingement plate are analyzed with the simulations. Then the heat flux distributions on the impingement surface at thermal boundary conditions are investigated. Finally, the impact on the slip velocity under rarefied impinging jet and the different sliding speed of the lower plate are explored. |
