中文摘要 | 由於加入關貿總協必促使國內海運業趨向自由化、國際化之競爭,欲立於不敗之地,必須由船的設計、造價以及營運做有系統的分析。本文對散裝貨輪的噸位、航行距離、燃料價格和船速均分別作了詳細的經濟分析,其評估標準是以所需要的運輸成本(RFR,Required Freight Rate)為基準。分析結果除對傭租業者、海運同盟、運通(承攬貨運)公司提供了運費費率之重要資訊外,亦對目前欲建造的散裝貨輪之噸位和船速之選擇提供了有價值的參考資料。 |
英文摘要 | To join GATT (General Agreement on Trade and Tariff) will cause the competitions of marine trnasportation more liberal. In order to win this competition, the marine transportation operators or shipyards should conduct systematic analysis regard ing shipbuilding cost and operation economics from the ship design point of view. In this paper, the RFR (Required Freight Rate) of bulk carriers for different displacement (deadweight), voyage distance, ship speed, and fuel price were analyzed. The results provided valuable information to charter companies, freight conferences, marine transportation companies, and shipyards. |
