中文摘要 | 水淬鋼筋生產成本與售價皆比傳統高強度鋼筋低,臺灣深淬鋼筋之市場佔有率估計超過50%,但其在耐震設計之適用性又多受到質疑。本文進行擬SD42水率鋼筋之化學成分及應力一應變性質之試驗,並根據試驗數據求鋼筋挫屈應變,檢討水淬鋼筋在鋼筋混凝土構材韌性設計之應用。此外進行4支鋼筋混凝土懸臂梁之囿復載重試驗,評估擬SD45水淬鋼筋對梁韌性之影響。研究結果發:(1)水淬鋼筋偏高之實際降伏強度引致較高之梁彎矩與梁剪力,導致梁塑性變形以及消能機制之發展受到限制,其消能總能量可下降達40%,延展性可下降達19%;(2)水淬鋼碳當量變異性大,顯示生產鋼之原料品質控制不佳;(3)水淬鋼筋與加釩鋼筋之挫屈應變互有高低,在規範之最低要求層次,擬SD42水淬鋼筋之挫屈潛能不比加釩鋼筋高。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, controlled-rolling manufactured steel deformed bar specimens were tested to obtain stress-strain relationships and chemical compositions. In addition, four full-scale beam specimens were tested under cyclic loading to investigate the influence of controlled-rolling manufactured steel deformed bars on seismic behavior of beams. It is found that: (1) the beams using controlled-rolling manufactured steel deformed bars as reinforcement resulted in lower ductility and energy dissipation capacity; (2) the variation of carbon equivalent of controlled-rolling manufactured steel deformed bars were high, which indicates that the quality control of law material was poor; (3) the buckling strain of controlled-rolling manufactured steel deformed bars was higher than that of ordinary steel bars at eth ratio of hoop spacing to the diameter of steel bar equals 8. |
