英文摘要 | An effective eddy model is proposed to simulate the electron density fluctuation of a stratified random ionosphere through which the obliquely incident high-frequency (HF) plane wave propagates. The statistical properties of the reflected wave are analyzed to examine the effects of the random ionosphere of HF wave communication. This study tries to establish an eddy model for numerically simulating the random media with a great saving of computer storage. The propagation paths and cumulative phase variations of the wave in the ionosphere are determined y the perturbation method. By the phase screen approach, the field on the ground is computed using plane-wave spectrum analysis. Based on the simulating scheme, the various statistical characteristics of the fluctuating wave signals, such as histogram, power spectrum, scintillation index, etc., are investigated in detail. |
