中文摘要 | 由於中鋼公司原料專用碼頭港灣狹小,加上船舶大小不一,因此船舶進出及堆料場卸料流程設有許多限制條件,造成船舶進出與停靠時間調度上的問題,如格於短時間內安排出一個有效率的船舶進山與停靠時間調度排程,以往一直是透過人工作業方式安排,在速度與效率上比較差。本專案藉由收現場領域專家知識(Domain Expert Knowledge)之排程規則(Rules),使用新的開發工具軟體VB.NET,開發出一套電腦輔助船舶進出與停靠時間調度系統((Ship Docking Schedule System)。此統主要特點有三:1.船舶進出與停靠時間調度,透過收集之排船規則自動去推理;2.船舶進出與停靠時間調度所引用之規則均有紀錄;3.排程人員可藉由所引用之規則與調度結果作比對與檢討、修改或新增,使得此電腦輔助系統更精確。此系統上線使用後可減少人工作業,節省整體營運成本,提升原料處理工場船舶調度與原料卸料效率。 |
英文摘要 | Owing to the limitations of piers and ships, there are some constrains for ship docking and raw materials flow. These cause the schedule problem for ships. Therefore, it’s an emergency task to arrange an efficient ship docking schedule. Due to the manually ship docking schedule are not efficient and accurate, there are some scheduling rules collected by experience and cited during scheduling. To develop a computer auxiliary system to improve the weakness of ship docking schedule, this project collected the scheduling rules from Domain Expert and selected a new software development tool-VB.NET. A computer auxiliary system for ship docking schedule was developed which includes three parts: 1. The ship docking schedule is generated according to the scheduling rules automatically; 2. The scheduling rules applied during reasoning process are recorded in a file; 3. The Domain Experts are able to compare the difference between the ship docking schedule and scheduling rules in the recorded file, so the modified rules can be created to improve efficiency and correction. |
