中文摘要 | 由於網際網路的發達,企業招募人才的方式有了革命性的改變,電子化履歷和網路人才仲介資訊平臺漸趨普及與便利,對於科技人才流動與人才的適配性,替企業創造了許多優勢,例如媒合的效率與多樣性的配對等等。除此之外更提供了多元的互動性,配合科技產業快速發展趨勢,對於科技人才的爆發性的大量需求,提供一個科技性的解決方案。 由於知識工作者的基本特性,在職缺需求和求職人才所具備的職能需求上較一般行政人員更多元化與高標準需求,原有人力資源系統所提供的表單已無法滿足科技上的新需求,在網路人才仲介崛起之際,如104網站、1111網路等提供更多元化的電子履歷與媒合機制讓人力需求的問題得以暫時性解決,但是面對科技人才與知識工作者所需求的各種職能門檻,如多元職能、證照及技能多樣性卻帶給人力資源管理更大的負擔。 本研究希望運用文字探勘技術,針對電子履歷中的文字的分析,建構具學習能力、配合職能相關分類詞庫,並以此系統建構企業人才招募推薦系統,可自動從電子履歷中相關職能的發掘和依適合職務分類的方法,產生人才資料庫與對應的人力資源管理機制提供一個較佳的解決方案。 |
英文摘要 | The recruiting processes for modern enterprises has had revolutionary change after internet. The e-agents offering e-resumes delivery and the job matchmaking for knowledge workers are very popular media for recruiters and job applicants. The transform of e-agents offers a better solution for the large demand of knowledge workers for today's job market. The requirements and competency like training, skill and certificate are more urgent and complex due to the essential of knowledge workers than staff. The human resource information system (HRIS) can't match those new criteria of technical applicants with different specification of jobs. The e-agent like 104 Job Bank, 1111 Job Bank brought new e-business model like e-resumes delivery, interactive on-line matchmaker of jobs with the new demand of technical applicants. But the problems of competency, training, skills and certificate different from each other and inconsistent title and level of those criteria, the new requirements brought the recruiters heavy duty of human resource management (HRM). The study wishes to apply the methodology of text mining for e-resumes to analyze the syntax and lexicons to construct self-learning and database of competency. The goal is to develop a Human Resources Recruiting Recommendation System (HRRRS) and offers a mechanism of automatic mining of competency and classification of resumes to produce the recommendable report on database of HRM. The HRRRS will also implementation in SRAM corp. in Taiwan for empirical study and validity. |
