英文摘要 | The establishment of the Taipei branch of Tzu Chi General Hospital has been through nearly five year duration since the start of construction in June 2000 until the official opening on May 8th 2005. The purpose of the hospital is to provide a high-quailty and humanized healthcare environment for the local fellow in the nearing villages including Shuding, Pinglin and Pingshi. With a simple, modest and elegant architecture and a suitable building scale for medical center, the hospital aims at providing new medical concepts for the community so as to achieve the goal of "safeguarding life, health and love". Medical volunteerism, volunteers-accompanied Medical Report Management (MRM) and new Hospital Accreditation System (from structure-emphasized to process and result-focused) create a new direction for the hospital's development and bring a refreshing atmosphere for the medical management as well. In addition, by learning to realize the new mechanism, ideas and all quality-emphasized efforts, the Hospital applies the Plan-Do-Check-Action methodology to the MRM and takes it as a foundation for continuous re-examination and further improvement. |
