中文摘要 | 在美國行之有年的職前教師實習培育三人組,指實習生、學校合作教師,及大學視導人員的組合。透過大學視導人員的輔助,實習生進入合作教師教室進行實習教學,實習的品質更確實且經驗更豐富。大學視導人員也是學校與大學間重要的聯絡橋樑。本文即針對大學視導人員的角色為研究對象,將美國麻州大學目前職前小學師資培育經驗,其視導工作的哲學基礎、視導人員的工作內容、視導人員的訓練、視導人員的來源、資格、聘任與報酬等作詳實的分析。 |
英文摘要 | The relationship between apprenticing teacher, assisting teacher and the program supervisor (from university) has been taken as a syllabus for many decades. The support of the program supervisors and the help of the teachers in the school where the students do their apprenticeship would ensure the quality of interning, enrich experiences, and make the students more confident. Furthermore, program supervisor serves also as the bridge between schools and university. This paper studies the vital role of the supervisor in the program of training of teachers for elementary schools. We take the program of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst as an example, of which its philosophy, the role of supervisor, the compensation system, the education of supervisor, etc. are analyzed. |
