中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討創造力人格、領導型態與績效的關係,此外也針對創造力人格與轉換型領導型態交互作用後對員工績效影響情況加以探究。本研究以某電子設計製造企業DMS (Design Manufacturing and Service)之研發設計與工程人員為主要施測對象,參與施測者均直接或間接參與設計開發專案。研究結果顯示(1)創造力人格之原創力人格與員工績效有顯著正相關(2)領導型態中,轉換型領導與交易型領導二者皆與員工績效呈正相關,且轉換型領導型態對員工績效影響程度大於交易型領導型態(3)創造力人格與轉換型領導型態交互作用後對員工績效有顯著正向影響。本文最後針對所獲結果加以討論,以提供學術界與實務界參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines the relationships among creative personality, leadership, and performance and explores the influence over employees' performance by the independent and joint contributions of both creative personality and leadership. Participated by R&D engineers working for a Design Manufacturing and Service (DMS) company in mid-Taiwan, the research has found that: (1) Employees inclined to have an innovative personality had better performance (2) Both transformational leadership and transactional leadership was positively related to employee's performance, with the former showing greater effect (than the latter). (3) The interaction of KAI and transformational leadership significantly contributed to employee's performance. The findings are herewith provided as reference to both academic community and business circle. |
