中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.)Hook)之小徑木為原料,切製成 立方體試材,其尺寸分別為2x2x2,3x3x3及4x4x4(cm),含水率控制在0%, 10%, 20%,25% 及30%之情況下,以羽車式削片機製造粒片,每次投入之試材重300g探討其對消耗動力與粒 片品質之影響,結果如下: 1.在固定之切削半徑下切削大小不同尺寸(2cm, 3cm及4cm)的試材,切得粒片之形狀係 數隨試材尺寸之增加而增加。 2.試材含水率同為0及30%時,隨試材尺寸之增加橫斷面粒片之比例有增加之趨勢,粒片 平均橫斷面之比例依序為邊長4cm>3cm>2cm。 3.相同禽水率之條件下、隨試材尺寸之增加粒片端部開裂之比例略有增加之趨勢,粒片 平均端部開裂比例依序為邊長4cm>3cm>2cm。 4.各種尺寸試材切削之粗粒片{4~10 mesh)之裂隙頻度低且裂隙深度大,而細粒片 (14~32 mesh)則反之,粒片平均裂隙頻度依序為邊長2cm>3cm>4cm。 5.相同含水率之條件下,削片機切削時之淨耗電量隨試材尺寸之增加而增大。 |
英文摘要 | Cubical specimens of China-fir (Cunninghamia lanceotata (Lamb.) Hook ) were used as raw materials to produce particles by a wing beater mill. The sizes of specimens were 2*2*2, 3*3*3 and 4*4*4 (cm), and the moisture contents (MC) of specimens of each size was conditioned at 0%, 10%, 20%, 25% and 30% levels, respectively. Weight of the feeding material was 300 g in each cutting. The effects of specimens sizes on particle quality and power consumption of the wing beater mill were investigated in this study. The results were summarized below: 1. The form factor of particle was increased with increasing the size of the specimen, under fixed radius (27.5 cm) of the cutting circle. 2. For the specimens with 0% and 30% MC levels, the percentages of particles with their broader surfaces featuring cross section of wood (CS particles) increased with increasing the size of specimens. 3. For specimens at the same MC levels, the percentages of particles having end splits slightly increased with increasing size of the specimens. 4. Less checking frequencies and longer check depths were observed in the coarse particles (4-10 mesh) while the reverse tendency was found for the fine particles (14-32 mesh). And the average of checking frequencies of the particles increased with decreasing the sizes of the specimens. 5. Power consumption of the wing beater mill increased with increasing size of the specimens at the same of MC levels. |
