中文摘要 | 崩塌地治理常採用噴植工法,噴植工法應用種子之發芽率會影響植生成效。本研究就現行常用噴植基材配方,探討三種木本種子埋入深度1公分、3公分、5公分等對其發芽之影響試驗。試驗採用二種基材處理 (處理Ⅰ為菇類堆肥80%+壤質砂土20%+水泥5%,處理Ⅱ為菇類堆肥100%),種子材料選用相思樹、台灣欒樹、羅氏鹽膚木等3種,於戶外環境下進行發芽率之比較試驗。試驗結果顯示;相思樹在基材配方處理Ⅰ中,埋入深度1公分處理發芽率為最高,其次為3公分,埋入深度5公分處理最低;而處理Ⅱ中,不同埋入深度對發芽率無顯著影響。台灣欒樹在基材處理Ⅰ及處理Ⅱ中,埋入深度對其發芽率的影響大多以埋入1公分時發芽率最高,其次為3公分,埋入5公分時最低;羅氏鹽膚木之在處理Ⅰ中,不論埋入深度,發芽率均極低,在處理Ⅱ中,埋入深度越淺,發芽率越高。此實驗結果,可提供日後噴植工法種子材料質量選擇上之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Hydroseeding is often utilized for landslide treatment, for which the germination rate of seeds used would affect the vegetation effectiveness. This study intends to test the effects of woody seeds being buried 1cm, 3cm, and 5cm in commonly used hydroseeding materials on the germination. Two materials (I: mushroom compost 80%+loamy sand 20%+cement 5% and Ⅱ: 100% mushroom compost) are applied to the treatment. Seeds of Acacia confuse, Koelreuteria elegans, and Rhus javanica are selected for comparing the germination rate in outdoor environments. The results show Acacia confuse seeds buried 1cm in material I presents the highest germination rate, followed by 3cm, and the lowest rate at 5cm, while the burying depth in material II does not show significant effect on the germination rate. The 1cm burying depth in both materials I and II for Koelreuteria elegans seeds reveals the highest effects on the germination rate, followed by 3cm, and the lowest rate at 5cm. In material I, the germination rate of Rhus javanica seed is extremely low, regardless of the depth, while the shallower burying depth in material II presents the higher germination rate. Such results could be the reference for choosing hydroseeding materials in the future. |
