中文摘要 | 一顆球形胞囊粒子(Vesicle)在一外加線性溶質濃度場中沿著一無限長圓孔的中心軸進行透泳運動(Osmophoretic Migration)。圓管壁的存在對於胞囊粒子作透泳運動(Osmophoretic Migration)會產生兩種效應,一方面管壁所產生之黏性阻力,使得胞囊粒子之泳動速度減小。另一方面溶質濃度場受到管壁的影響會加快胞囊粒子之泳動速度。而兩種效應之消長亦會隨著胞囊粒子與管壁間之相對位置有關。為了求解濃度場與流場的主導方程式,同時使用球座標及圓柱座標系統。先使用傅立葉轉換滿足了管壁的邊界條件,然後使用邊界取點法處理胞囊粒子表面之邊界條件,以解出溶質濃度的分佈、流場分佈與胞囊粒子的滲透泳運動。由數值計算結果得知,圓管的存在會加快胞囊粒子的滲透泳運動(Osmophoretic Migration)速度。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the osmophoretic motion of a spherical vesicle along the centerline of a long circular cylindrical pore is studied theoretically. The imposed concentration gradient is constant and parallel to the pore walls, and the vesicle is assumed to maintain its spherical shape. The presence of the plane walls causes two basic effects on the vesicle velocity: first, the local concentration gradient on the vesicle surface is enhanced by the wall, thereby speeding up the vesicle; secondly, the wall increases viscous retardation of the moving vesicle. To solve concentration and hydrodynamic governing equations, the general solutions are constructed from the fundamental solutions in both the cylindrical and spherical coordinate systems. The boundary conditions at the pore wall are enforced by employing the Fourier transforms, and then, the boundary conditions on the particle surface are applied by using boundary collocation method. In general, the presence of the pore wall always causes and enhancement in the osmophoretic motion. |
