中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解男性體型知覺現況,以及比較體型知覺有無落差在追求肌肉發達驅力及運動依賴的差異。以隨機抽樣法,自高雄市某連鎖運動俱樂部重量訓練區選取 187位自願者為研究對象,平均年齡為 30.03 ± 7.31歲;徵求同意後,每位參與者填寫肌肉圖象量表、追求肌肉發達驅力量表及運動依賴量表,並將所得資料以卡方檢定和變異數分析處理。獲得結果為:90.38%双 88.77%理想及嚮往體型知覺是有肌肉的。依此知覺,40.1%體型知覺出現理想落差, 59.9%則無出現落差知覺。比較分析結果發現「高理想落差」在追求肌肉發達驅力之行為取向得分顯著高於「低理想落差」;「高理想落差」在運動依賴癥候之耐受性和缺乏控制得分顯著高於「無落差」。結論指出從事重量訓練男性體型意識是崇向肌肉體型,期望獲得肌肉知覺程度愈高時,容易出現高頻率肌肉鍛鍊行為,過量運動更有發生增加訓練量及無法自制參與衝動的風險。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the body perception for men, and to compare of the differences of drive for muscularity and exercise dependence in body perception with self-discrepancies. One hundred and eighty-seven weight trainers (aged: 30.03 ± 7.31 years) were randomly recruited from the fitness center. After the participants providing informed consents, participants were asked to respond to body perception, drive for muscularity, and exercise dependence inventories. The collected data were analyzed by Chi-square test and one-way ANOVA. The results were following: 90.38% and 88.77% of the ideal and desirable body perception is muscularity. According to this perception, 40.1% body perceptions occur in ideal discrepancy, 59.9% body perceptions do not occur in ideal discrepancy. Comparative results found that the “high ideal discrepancy” of behavioral approach score for drive for muscularity significantly higher than the “low ideal discrepancy”. The “high ideal discrepancy” of tolerance and lack of control score for exercise dependence symptoms significantly higher than the “non body perception discrepancy”. Concluded that the conscious of men’s body toward the muscularity. When the weight trainers have a high level of gain muscle expectation, will result in the high frequency muscle training. If excessive training, have occur increase the amount of exercise and can not. |
