中文摘要 | 今日電子文件檔案夾的呈現方式逐漸與多媒體環境結合。經過長時間的蒐集,電子文件夾可以反應個體在專業領域形成的發展狀況和過程,能使個體能在一段時間後檢查自己的成長,更善思索和反省評估。形成電子文件檔案夾的理由有多項,因其可結合多文本的特色及展現不同技能,而在近年來成為求職利器。在建立電子文件夾的同時,不但有助于促進個體的成長,也能使個體在自我評鑑中更顯積極。 本文在探討研究生如何發展電子文件檔案夾的學習歷程,文中除分析電子文件檔案夾的定義、種類、相關文獻外,並討論學生如何使用ADDIE模式於電子文件檔案夾的製作過程。 |
英文摘要 | Electronic portfolios today are multimedia environments that display artifacts and reflections documenting professional growth and competence. Portfolios are developed for a variety of reasons and are becoming increasingly popular as a documentation of skills and competencies when seeking employment. Developing a portfolio is a reflective process that allows the author to think about experiences and future growth and to highlight accomplishments. This article explores graduate student design and development of electronic portfolios during a one-semester course. This first main section describes portfolios, their classification in current literature and the development process used by students in the class. The second main section is a reflective case study of how students implemented the ADDIE model when creating portfolios. |
