中文摘要 | 本文主旨,乃探討團隊時代來臨之現代社會中,個人如何於人際關係中培養獨特優質特色,以助於促進有效溝通,以能組成優良團隊,且於團隊中,能與人合作及共存共榮。 E世代年輕人之價值觀取向,因應當代潮流之衝擊,較不受傳統束縛與影響,對於「受到高度喜愛之特質」、「中性之特質」、「最不受喜歡的特質」,表現個別性之價值判斷取向,有異於傳統。人際關係溝通之基礎,實乃築基於對他人真心誠意之關懷與了解,簡言之,即愛人如己之心念及想法。善用有限之生命時間,隨時反省、記錄與練習人我關係之溝通情形,日積月累,自然能發展出令人喜愛之特質。 除運用一些良好的溝通技巧、原則與非語言溝通外,試著探求自己是否有「我執」之情形,以了解自己深刻之習性或習氣,為另一有價值之面向。 |
英文摘要 | The article mainly explores how the individuals cultivate their unique traits helping to achieve efficient human relationship communication in modern team-work generation. In the team, they may cooperate and exist with others. The young's value tides in the E generation are out of the influences and bondages from tradition in modern society. As concerning the traits of "the most been liked", "the middle", and "the most disgusting", they also show individuals' own choices which are different from traditions. The points of good human relationship communication is based on the sincere concerning and considerate understanding to others; that is to say, having thoughts in minds that to love others as loving yourself. Valuing the limited life time, keeping records and pondering behaviors, every one could develop his own unique traits by daily practicing and discussing. When using good communicating skills, principles and non-verbal communication, trying to know if you have the "bad habits of customs" or "dispositions" which are named "atma-graha" (holding to the concept of the ego) is quite valuable. |
