英文摘要 | Without any pre-treatment of the sample, PAN Fiber can be directly analysed by FTIR beam condensing method. According to reseach of this paper, the analysed spetrum can be used to evaluate quantitatively the composition of fiber in a short time, including cornonomer content, residual solvent content, water contend and silicone oil content in fiber. Moreover, the quality relating, to orientation, crystalization and denseness of fiber can also be compared. By this technology, analysis time will be largely shorten, and better condition of process can be quickly choosed. In the study of high- performance acrylic fiber and carbon fiber precursor, this method has been proven to be valuable. |
