中文摘要 | 核能電廠主控制室由三位運轉人員組成運轉團隊,其使命為在所有情境下均能確保電廠的安全,包括:一般、異常、或者緊急程序。操作程序書的建立,在於幫助運轉人員能夠有效率且準確地執行各項運轉程序。自動化設備的更新對於團隊行為的互動,將導致個人作業型態的變革,以及自動化系統的使用,導致組員彼此之間溝通與合作行為的變化,進而影響團隊作業的績效,所以評估核能電廠主控制室團隊溝通與作業績效將會是人因工程研究的重要議題之一。本研究以核電廠主控制室操作程序書與團隊之間作為探討對象,以瞭解程序書的電腦化對於核能電廠運轉人員溝通、操作行為、情境知覺與作業績效之影響。在操作程序書方面,本研究以三種不同自動化程度之程序書型態:「紙本程序書」、「電子程序書」與「以電腦為基礎的程序書」來輔助團隊進行運轉作業,並以行為觀察與問卷調查法來蒐集受試者在使用不同自動化程度之程序書下,作業活動與情境知覺之相關資料,最後再進行統計分析。本研究實驗結果指出,使用電腦化程序書對於降低具有決策功能之溝通行為與提高情境知覺方面具有顯著的效果,並且可以縮短運轉人員在查閱相關資料之時間。對於未來核能電廠主控制室操作程序書之設計,本研究之結果可作為相關研究學者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In a main control room (MCR) of nuclear power plant (NPP), one supervisor and two operators are cooperated to enhance the safety of all the plant scenarios, including general, abnormal, and emergency. In order to reduce the errors of operators, it is extremely important to develop operating procedures to execute these scenarios. Automation probably changes a set of team behaviors, such as communication and cooperation. Therefore, to evaluate the communication and performance of the team operators in the MCR of NPP would be one intriguing issues of human factor engineering (HFE) research. This paper measured the effects of computerized procedures on team communication, behavior, situation awareness, and performance in MCR of NPP. Then, the study provides design implementation guidelines for three types of computerized procedures; they are (a) paper-based procedures; (b) electronic procedures; (c) computer-based procedures. Then, the quantitative analysis was conducted through analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results of this study show that teams have less communication and higher situation awareness, and more time reduced when using computerized procedures systems. However, there are no statistically significant effects on team performance. The contribution of this study could be contributed on designing the computerized-based procedures and levels of procedure-based automation to the human-system interface (HSI) designers. |
