中文摘要 | 本文主要以教學輔導系統的精神發展教育實習輔導制度的可行策略,文中探討教育實習制度的轉變,界定實習輔導教師的角色、遴選條件,並分析實習生的需求與輔導成效,在教育實習輔導制度上,運用發展性教學輔導系統的內涵,提供具體可行的運作策略,最後亦探討落實於實習輔導制度時可能遭遇的困境,並提供相對應的解決方案。 輔導教師在實習輔導制度上有著關鍵性的任務與角色,其遴選指標需考量年資、具學科知識與課程規劃能力、人際溝通技巧、傾聽、反思與批判能力、正向、積極、樂觀的人格特質、有意願輔導實習學生等。除考量上述條件外,宜將實習學生與輔導教師的人格特質、學科領域或任教年級及年齡作有效配對。 整個輔導系統的運作,需經過計畫會議、教室觀察與回饋會議。在計畫會議中又需包含整體實習計畫會議及每一次觀察與教學會議,教室觀察亦包含各項技術的運用與討論,每一次的觀察應有的討論與回饋,則在回饋會議中進行。落實輔導系統的策略則需仰賴慎選輔導教師、進行實習生與輔導教師之有效配對、有系統的培訓計畫及建立具體的輔導教師獎勵措施。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to implement the core concept of the teacher mentoring system to develop useful strategies for the educational practicum.The changes of policies for the educational practicum are discussed in the article. It also defines the role of mentor teachers, the qualifications of recruitment, as well as exploring the needs of the student teachers and the effects of mentoring. The uses of the concept of the developmental teacher mentoring system developing practical strategies in the educational practicum are discussed. It also examines the possible difficulties might be encountered when implementing those strategies. Possible solutions are provided with respect to the difficulties. Mentor teachers play critical roles and duties in the educational practicum. The criteria for recruiting mentor teachers need to consider years of service, professional knowledge and the abilities of curriculum design, interpersonal skill, listening, reflective and critical abilities, positive and optimistic personality, as well as the willingness to mentor the student teachers. When assigning a mentor teacher to a student teacher, the match of personalities, academic fields, and ages also need to be considered. The operation of the mentoring system needs to include the planning meeting, classroom observations, and the feedback meetings. The planning meetings include a meeting for developing an entire plan for the practicum and meetings for each classroom observation and teaching. Classroom observations include discussions of the use of techniques. Every observation and teaching experience needs to be discussed in the feedback meetings. In order to implement the mentoring system effectively, the mentor teachers need be carefully selected, the student teacher needs to be matched with a suitable mentor teacher, as well as a systematic training program and a reward system for mentor teachers. |
