中文摘要 | 本研究皆在探討中部地區大學生參與社團對人格教育的影響,了解不同背景變項之大學生在參與社團活動對人際關係、言行表現、服務與學習、情緒管理、價值觀、實質助益、推動自我體認等構面,是否有差異存在?並提出具體建議,以作為教育決策單位、學校、學生之參考。本研究主要採取問卷調查法,問卷調查以中部地區8所大學校院學生為對象。將所得原始資料以描述性統計、t檢定及單因子變異數分析等方法進行分析。研究主要結果如下:中部地區大學生參與社團活動各因素構面平均值介於3.18~3.88之間,而整體社團參與活動「平均每題得分」為3.76,顯示大學生對於社團參與活動有七成五以上同學認同其正面的意義。學生藉由社團活動的參與,以獲得課本以外的知識與技能、增廣見聞及自我能力的提升;培養良好的人格特質,樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀,進而提升情緒管理的能力,以增進良好的人際關係,對人性抱持積極樂觀、心胸開闊的態度,是有很大的幫助。在問卷調查方面,大學女學生組別的平均值 (170.98) 均高於男學生 (168.38),顯示大學女學生在整體社團參與活動情形,對於個人在情緒的管理、樹立正確的價值觀、實質生活的助益高於男學生;大學生組別的平均值 (170.56) 均高於專科生 (162.18),顯示大學學生對於社團參與活動程度較專科生高,大學生在整體社團參與活動及其人際關係的建立、言行行為的表現、服務學習的精神、樹立正確的價值觀、實質生活的助益等方面有較佳的表現;大學學生參與社團活動其在言行行為表現、實質生活助益、推動自我體認等方面高於技術學院的學生;服務性社團組別平均數較高,顯示服務性社團同學在整個社團參與活動情形及其人際關係的建立、言行行為的表現、服務學習精神的提昇、個人情緒的管理、實質生活的助益、推動自我體認均高於參與其他屬性的社團同學。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the personality education of students in central Taiwan region after they participated in extracurricular activities, in order to understand whether college students with different background would have a difference in terms of human relationship, personal behavior, service and learning, emotional control, concept of values, substantia1 benefit and self-promotion after they take part in various extracurricular activities. We will propose specific suggestions for the reference of educational policy-decision unit, schools and students who are interested in this topic. The study adopted the questionnaire investigation method based on the results obtained from questionnaire on students in eight collegiate students in central Taiwan. The raw data obtained were analyzed by methods including descriptive statistics, t-calibration and single-factor variant analysis. The main results of the investigation are as follows. Collegiate students in central Taiwan region participated in extracurricular activities have a mean value in individual factor construction aspect falls between 3.18 and 3.88, while that of the "average score of every question" is 3.76, which indicating that 75% of the students recognize the existence of positive effects of the extracurricular activities. It is concluded that by participating in extracurricular activities, students have found themselves benefit in gaining knowledge and skills beyond textbooks' scope, promoting background and individual ability, cultivating moral integrity, establishing correct concepts in life and value, which will further help in improving one’s ability in managing emotion quotient, enhancing human relationship, possessing aggressive, optimistic point of view toward human nature and having open-minded attitude. In this questionnaire investigation, we observed that female collegiate students have a mean value (170.98) higher than the male ones, implying that in participating the whole activities, female students benefit more than the male students in terms of managing their emotional quotient, establishing correct concept of value and improving their real lives. Mean value of the college students (170.56) is higher than that of the vocational school students (162.18), indicating that the former has a higher tendency in participating in extracurricular activities than the latter. Therefore, college students have better performance in establishing human relationship, personal behaviors, service and learning, setting up correct concept of value and benefiting their real lives. University students perform better in the criteria described above than the technology institute students. Among all activities clubs, activity clubs of the service category are much better in performance than the others in terms of all criteria described above. |
