| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討食物偏好和飲食自我效能對健康飲食型態的影響。以自編之「食物偏好量表」、「飲食自我效能量表」、「健康飲食型態量表」為研究工具。臺南市居民為研究對象,共計回收有效問卷為1,107份。以次數百分比、平均數、標準差、t檢定/單因數變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行考驗。 研究結果發現研究對象對水果類的攝取頻率最高,加工食品類的攝取率最低。對高油脂類、含糖類飲料和加工食品類的偏好愈高者攝取率愈高;但若其對飲食自我效能的把握控制能力愈佳,則對上述食物的攝取率會愈低。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand Tainan city residents health dietary patterns and related affect factors. In total, 1,107 completed a questionnaire which included a "dietary preferences test", "dietary self-efficacy test", "health dietary patterns test". The data were analyzed by Percentile, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The result of study shows that the frequency of absorbing to the fruit of research object is the highest; the absorbing rate of the processing food is lowest. It is the higher to the high oil absorbing rate of the higher one of partiality including candy beverage and processing food type; but if the assurance control ability of its self-efficiency of diet is the better, it will be low to the absorbing rate of above-mentioned food. |
