中文摘要 | 身處於快速變動、曖昧不明的社會脈絡中,傳統階層式、由上而下、威權的領導理論重新被檢閱,若僅以校長個人的威權,迫使追隨者為組織的利益努力,將使追隨者心生「為何而戰?」的疑問,Patterson因而主張當傳統的領導理論無法全然解釋所有的領導現象時,一種新的領導典範就應運而生了,這個新典範就是由Greenleaf所倡導的服務領導,服務領導主張領導者應該揚棄威權,以協助組織成員更健康、更有智慧、更自由、更自主的成長,同時成為一個服務領導者為主要目的。 因此服務領導乃是鼓勵領導者要從心領導,去了解追隨者內心深處的需求,使組織成員成為一個整全的人。本文乃是以Greenleaf主張的服務領導為基礎,了解瑛校長所呈現的服務領導經驗。 本文包括五個部分,分別為緒論、服務領導之核心理念、研究方法及過程、瑛校長服務領導經驗之探討、結語。 |
英文摘要 | The old top-down form of leadership is no longer useful in fast and fuzzy context. Greenleaf even contend leaders should change authority on positions into the ego. In other words, leaders should start with their mind and try to realize followers’ needs in their deep hearts. This article is based on Greenleaf’s servant leadership which interprets the case of Principal Ying’s lived experience through the perspective of hermeneutic phenomenology. It tries to fully understand being of Principal Ying by case study and find out the experience of servant leadership from descriptions about servant leadership. This article contain five different parts. Firstly, it is the introduction of the article. Secondly, the core concepts of servant leadership are explored. Thirdly, it present research methodology. Fourthly, it explored the experience of servant leadership of Principal Ying. Finally, some suggestions related to principals are also provided. |
