中文摘要 | 三種粘度之硝化纖維素(1/2",1/4",1/16"),配合大豆油變性醇酸樹脂,松脂變 性順丁烯二酸酐樹脂,磷苯二甲酸二丁酯及香焦水, 調配成 Lac.1、Lac.2、Lac.3 等硝化 纖維素塗料,使用粘度計,硬度計,拉力試驗機,色差計,熱重量分析儀 (TGA),傅立葉紅 外線光譜儀 (FT-IR),掃瞄式電子顯微鏡 (SEM),探討塗料及塗膜之性質,試驗結果顯示: 相同作業粘度下, 1/16" 者所調配之塗料 (Lac.3) 固體成分最高, 依次為 1/4" 者 (Lac.2),1/2"(Lac.1)。但 Lac.3 之塗膜除了初期光澤度較高外,抗張強度、耐光性及抗 熱性均較差; 又 Lac.2 之塗膜,抗張強度差外,其它性質均較 Lac.1 優良;從 SEM 觀察 ,1/16" 硝化纖維之型態有明顯裂痕,1/4" 者通直圓滿,1/2" 者扁平而完整,在化學分析 上,三種粘度之硝化纖維素並無差異。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this research is to investigative the influence of different nitrocellulose on the properties of NC lacquer films. The composition of NC lacquer include nitrocellulose, soybean modified alkyd resin, rosin modified maleic anhydride, dibutyl phthalates plasticizer and thinner. The kinds of NC lacquer i.e. Lac.1, Lac.2 Lac.3, were formulated by blending 1/2",1/4" and 1/16" nitrocellu-lose with other components respectively. Some kinds properties of coatings and films were examined, such as solid content and viscosity of coatings, hardness, adhesion, tensile strength, lightfastness and thermal stability of films, morphology and chemical analysis of nitrocullulose. The results reveal that in the same viscosity, NC lacquer using the 1/16"(Lac.3) generally had higher aolid content than those using 1/4" (Lac.2)or 1/2"(Lac.1). The Lac.3 gave the best film initial gloss, but there were a marked faling in film's strength, lightfastness and thermal stability. The properties of Lac.2 was excellent than those of Lac.1 expect its lower tensile strength. The morphology of 1/16" NC had cracking,1/14" NC reveal flat and completely, 1/4" NC show a straight and round on the fiber observed by SEM. Also, it is found that chemical components of three kinds of NC had no difference. |
