中文摘要 | 本研究第一報得知,以預塗法(B→A)及三明治式塗裝法(A→B→A)(其中,A液:樹脂+溶 劑 + 促進劑,B 液:樹脂 + 溶劑 + 催化劑 ), 可以解決不飽和聚酯塗料可使用時間的限 制;第二報乃繼續探討催化劑 (MEKPO)/ 促進劑 (Co) 之不同比例,及預塗法、三明治式塗 裝法與混合式塗裝法 (A+B) 等 3 種塗裝方式對塗膜性質之影響;試驗結果綜合如下:在 3 種塗裝方式中,預塗法塗裝者塗膜較易全面起皺或邊綠起皺,且光澤度及明度保留率較差, 而三明治式法塗裝者塗膜附著性優於混合式塗裝者,雖其乾燥時間稍慢,但整體而言,塗膜 平水滑度、光澤度、硬度、耐久性等,均足以媲美混合式塗裝者,因此, 本試驗以三明治式 之塗裝方式, 及 Co/MEKPO=0.50%/0.50~0.75% 之塗加量配合比,不但可以解決不飽和聚酯 塗料可使用時間上的限制,並可獲得優良性質的塗膜。關於各種塗裝條件之塗膜性質差異,文 中有詳細討論。 |
英文摘要 | In the previous reports, we found that prefinish pattern (B→A)(where A component:resin+styrene+Co promotor, B component:resin+styrene+MEKPO catalyst) and sandwich finish pattern (A → B→A)were able to solve the problem of the very short pot-life of unsaturated polyester coating. The properties of films under various catalyst/promotor ratios and three kinds of finish patterns were studied in this article. Experimental results indicate that the film of prefinish finish pattern wrinkled easily on all surface or edge and had poor gloss and brightness retention. However the adhesion of sandwich finish pattern was better than MIX(A+B) finish pattern. Although its drying time was sight slower than MIX finish pattern, other properties,e.g. gloss, smoothness, hardness, lightness, durability of films could be compared favorably with the mix finish pattern. From the previous and this study we summarize that the sandwich finish pattern and the amount of Co/MEKPO=0.50%/0.50~0.75%, are able to solve the shortcoming of unsaturated polyester coating about the limite of pot-life problem and can get excellent properties of films.
