中文摘要 | 本文以美國環保署Energy Star Portfolio Manager與美國能源部Commercial Building Energy Asset Score兩套建築EUI評比系統為例,探討比較「建築實際營運EUI評比系統」與「建築模擬EUI評比系統」分析技術,並比對台灣目前EUI分析技術。經分析比較發現,台灣EUI分析技術雖起步較晚,但發展方向大致與美國接近,主要皆希望從多而複雜的建築耗能影響因子中,找出一套能公平比較建築及設備節能設計優劣的方法。台灣過去的建築EUI評比多止於最基本的建築耗能統計調查;近年來,研究者逐漸意識到EUI評比的公平與客觀性,開始投入更全面深入的EUI分析與耗能因子研究,試圖發展更適用的EUI評比方法。現況而言,台灣EUI分析技術面上,對於建築各種空間機能組成比例及建築營運條件的修正分析技術雖有意識,但配套技術尚不夠成熟;而台灣亦急需一套更深廣的建築基本由運資訊及耗能資料庫,方能建構更完整的台灣EUI評比制度。最後,藉由本文作者研究團隊實際建構的「能源地圖平台」,說明該平台將透過線上建築耗能評比、快速建模及節能診斷分析,逐步實踐台灣的EUI評比制度平台。 |
英文摘要 | This paper reviewed the characteristics of two major EUI (Energy Use Intensity) rating systems in U.S., namely the Energy Star Portfolio Manager of Environment Protection Agency and the Commercial Building Energy Asset Score of Department of Energy. Furthermore, these systems were therefore compared with Taiwan's EUI analysis techniques. The development of EUI analysis techniques in Taiwan started later than U.S., but the developing approaches are similar, both tried to analyze building energy factors and design a final method to compare building energy performances fairly by EUIs. Taiwan's past studies on the EUI mainly focused on only basic building energy statistics; recently, some researchers gradually realized the importance of the objectivity and fairness of the EUI rating, and started developing EUI rating method by analyzing EUIs and energy factors recently thoroughly. Taiwan's EUI analysis techniques tries to adjust the building space type components and operation condition parameters when evaluating EUIs, but the adjustment mechanism is not mature enough. We also have to establish a more thorough and extensive building energy survey database to support the development of a more complete EUI rating system. Finally, this paper proposed the EUI rating method and the high-speed simulation tool of "Taiwan BEMAP Platform" that the authors established, to show a way that Taiwan's EUI rating system is going to be. |
