中文摘要 | 本研究以期望理論的觀點,探討信任關係(組織信任、主管信任、同事信任)與工作滿足(內在滿足與外在滿足)的關聯性?同時基於社會交換理論的觀點,探討信任關係與工作滿足對知識分享(知識分享意願、知識分享行為)的影響。本文以銀行業及軍事財務單位員工為研究對象,共412個樣本資料,經過結構化方程式模型驗證後發現,工作滿足對於信任關係以及知識分享具有中介效果,而內在滿足對於知識分享行為有較強的關聯效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the impact among trust (employees' organizational trust, supervisor's trust, and colleagues' trust), job satisfaction (internal satisfaction and external satisfaction) and knowledge sharing (sharing attitude and behavior) by implementing expectation theory and social exchange theory. In these regards, this study tests the mediating effect of job satisfaction and knowledge sharing. By manipulating structural equation modeling (SEM), this study investigates 412 subjects from banks and military financial institutes show that job satisfaction mediated the positive relations of trust to knowledge sharing. On the other hand, internal job satisfaction has stronger relations to knowledge sharing behavior. Managerial discussion and future works are also described on the final section. |
