英文摘要 | We present a model for solving two-dimensional cutting problem (CP) in which there is a constraint on the minimum number of each input materials that is to be used. This case was focus on the cutting operation that is carried out in the steel processed industry. This processed operation consists hve input material choice, cost factors decisions and cutting plate into small pieces. The objective of the case was to find out a method (algorithm) of cutting problem for the cutting processed industry that can be minimize input material for processing. This model combines the integer programming (IP) and the 3-stage concept together. This work is based on enumerating the possible guillotine cutting patterns and limit the steel plate rotational times. |
