中文摘要 | 本文提出個人創造性的成分架構,此架構的目的在於試圖以一種整合取向探究個 人創造性的核心特性與內容結構。首先,本文認為個人的創造性是其產生新的觀念或產品的 歷程,這種歷程涉及個人的特質或心理屬性與情境屬性之交互作用所呈現的種種徵候。其次 ,澄清創造性與創新性兩者的異同點。再則,作者認為個人創造性的成分架構包含了認知、 情意及社會等三項資源。分別針對每一資源進行解釋及探討。最後,提出並建議未來的研究 方向。 |
英文摘要 | The article presents a componential framework of creativity. The goal of the framework is to understand in a cohesive way the foundations of creativity and review major creativity studies. First, creativity is defined as the production of novel, socially values products with a synthetic approach. Second, creativity is compared with innovation. Third, the componential framework comprises 3 resources for creativity--cognitive resource, affective/intentional resource, and social resource. Main features of each resource are explained and discussed. Creative performance results from a confluence of these elements. Finally, directions for future research are suggested and addressed. |
