中文摘要 | 本文在探討一位肥胖病人行腹腔鏡胃繞道手術後之護理經驗。筆者於2010年11月 30日〜2010年12月4日照護期間,運用Gordon十一項功能性健康評估工具,以觀察、 評估、會談方式收集主客觀資料,確認個案有疼痛、焦慮及術後知識增進的準備度等護 理問題,筆者運用影音教學、實際參訪,有效改善病人術前焦慮,設計術後飲食圖卡及 熱量體重監測表,提供病人返家後專屬的飲食控制方案,成功強化病人提升術後返家飲 食選擇之因應能力,進而提升返家後生活品質。此個報可提供護理人員照顧類似個案時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This case report described a nursing experience of caring for an obese patient undergoing laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. The duration of nursing care was between 30th Nov and 4th Dec, 2010. Based on Gordon’s functional health assessment tools, we applied observation, assessment, and communication skills to collect subjective and objective information to assess case’s health problems including pain, anxiety, insufficient and incorrect knowledge , and etc. Writer applied audio-visual teaching and actual visit to efficiently improve the anxiety before surgery and also designed post operation diet cards as well as the calories weight monitoring form to provide case-specific diet control plans, and thus successfully help case to improve diet selection ability, and thus enhance life quality after returning home. |
