中文摘要 | 音射(AE)技術為一種新的非破壞計測技術,在木材科學上已被應用於強度試驗、膠合力試驗、木材乾燥控制、木材腐朽評估、木材切削加工作業之監視等方面。本試驗以杉木、相思樹、柳桉及鐵杉之氣乾材為試材,測定靜力彎曲試驗時AE發生之情況,探討AE發生次數與應力、應變之關係。主要結果如次:1.AE之發生多集中於比例限度應力以上之領域,杉木之AE發生次數遠較其餘樹種為少。 2.相對應力50%以下時,相思樹、柳桉與鐵杉之AE相對發生次數依次為17% 、8%及15%以下,但杉木在此情形下,部分試材之AE相對發生次數已達20% 以上。 3.相對應變50%以下時,相思樹、柳桉與鐵杉之AE相對發生次數依次為20% 、20%及30%以下,但杉木之部分試材則在30%以上。 |
英文摘要 | Acoustic emission (AE) is the rapid releasing of strain energy which generates elastic stress waves when a material undergoes deformation, fracture, or both. As a new non-destructive test method, AE monitoring technique has been applied widely in the field of wood science researches, for example, in strength test, drying, gluing and machining. In this test, air-dry woods of China-fir, Taiwan acacia, Lauan and Hemlock were used to monitor AE counts under static bending test. The results obtained are as follows: 1. AE event counts were concentrated in bending stresses larger than stresses at proportional limit. 2. Below relative stress of 50%, the relative AE counts of Taiwan acacia, Lauan and Hemlock were below 17%, 8% and 15% respectively. But for China-fir, some of the specimens showed values over 20%. 3. Below relative strain of 50%, the relative AE counts of Taiwan acacia, Lauan and Hemlock were below 20%, 20% and 30% respectively. But for China-fir, some of the specimens showed values over 30%. |
