中文摘要 | 國內排球運動風氣雖不甚興盛,但運動人口與支持者亦不在少數。從2004年起,排球職業運動興起,第一屆企業排球聯賽孕育而生,奠定排球史上的職業運動基石。在每場賽事中,觀眾人數日益增加有鑑於此,本研究目的主要在驗證Trail, G.T., Anderson, D.F.,及Fink, J.S(. 2000)提出的運動觀賞者消費行為模型,解釋和預測球迷/觀眾的動機和消費行為變量之間的關係,並應用於現場觀賞企業排球聯賽觀眾的行為未來消費意圖適配程度分析運動觀賞者消費行為模型中各變項之間的關係,並探討影響現場觀賞企業排球聯賽觀眾未來消費行為意圖之因素。研究結果發現,本研究與Trail等(2000)的模式略為不同,顯示運動觀賞者對比賽結果的預期不會直接影響個人的情感狀態,僅會透過自尊表現因素間接影響個人的情感狀態,進而影響未來的行為意向。探究其可能原因,美國運動賽事競爭性較高,且多為職業運動,球迷之運動參與與忠誠度均偏高,故預期差異會直接影響情感狀態;反之,在台灣的運動觀眾針對比賽勝負較無直接反應,故不會因為比賽結果與預期有所差異而反映在情感狀態上。 |
英文摘要 | Although volleyball is rather popular in Taiwan, the number of participant and advocator are increasing. Since the development of professional volleyball in 2004, the 1st corporate volleyball league tournament was then kicking off and becoming a cornerstone of professional volleyball. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to confirm the model of sport spectator behavior proposed by Trail, Anderson and Fink (2000) which explains the relationship between spectator motivation and behavior while the spectators of corporate volleyball league tournament were applied into this model. The result showed that the model produced by this study was different from Trail et al.'s (2000) in which the personal affective status was not influenced by expected competition outcome. The personal affective status was merely indirect influenced by self-esteem and further influences future behavior intention. The reasons may contribute to the higher competitiveness of professional sport in the States. Spectators have higher attachment to the sport thus the expected performance will influence the affective status. In contrast, spectator in Taiwan has low expect toward the win and loss thus turns out the lower personal affective status. |
