中文摘要 | 面對WTO時代來臨,如格整合產業供應鏈成員間之物流作業職能,以建立優質切花物流體系,已成為產業發展之重要課題。本研究從總體環境、產業環境與企業機能面切入,經由文獻探討、產業分析與非正式產業諮詢,以蒐羅切花物流產業成功經營之相關影響因素,並藉由問卷調查之統計分析,萃取出保鮮技術整合、優良品種研發、產業基礎建設、儲運品質控管、標準化作業規範、供應鏈管理聯識、檢疫程度設備及市場開發能力等八項關鍵成功因素,接著進一步結合Porter一般化策略模式與關鍵成功因素形成策略矩略,研擬出因素方案,經由AHP問卷設計與分析,在策略因應方案重要性方面,序以建構切花產銷資訊整合平臺、保鮮技術與設備機能之研發、作業流程標準化與品質認證等三項,列為優先推動之策略因應方案。本研究成果將可提供農政單位或產業界進行資源規劃與施行,期使迅速發揮關鍵效益,俾利於提升切花物產業競爭力與永續成長。 |
英文摘要 | Facing challenges brought by WTO, it becomes an important issue to integrate logistics functions among supply chain members to build an excellent cut-flower logistics system. The study starts for m industry analysis form dimensions of general environment, industry environment, and business functions. By statistics analysis for the questionnaire survey, key success factors for the industry are identified. Research results show that integrated freshness preservation technology, new breeds development, infrastructure enhancement, logistics quality control, standard operating procedures, supply chain management initiative, quarantine procedures and equipment, and market creation are key success factors for the cut-flower logistics industry. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), construction of information platform, development of freshness preservation technology and equipment, setup of standard operating procedure and quality accreditation systems are the most urgent actions to be taken. Research results form this study would be helpful for agricultural sectors in the government and cut-flower industry practioners in their resource planning and execution to cultivate competitive advantages for the industry. |
