英文摘要 | The major purposes of this study were to research the managerial competencies, training and development for manager in high-technology of industry of semiconductor. Through methods of researches of documents, interview, and expert meeting, the main findings of the study are: 1. Managers of Semiconductor high-tech enterprise are strong requirement. 2. The competences of semiconductor industry for the managers included Personality-trait, Conceptual Skill, Human Skill, and Technique Skill. 3. Fifty-four training methods of semiconductor enterprise of manager' competencies are listed. |
