| 中文摘要 | 中臺科技大學自七十四年起已開辦成人禮十八年。並在九十二年度嘗試某些改變,讓受禮生體驗成長喜悅外亦能覺知成人所應承擔的責任。本研究主要目的在於以2003年成人禮為例進行成人禮活動成效之探討。活動方式包括班級經營及成人禮典禮活動。研究對象包括五專四年級及四技一年級滿18歲的受禮生及其班級導師。資料收集是以結構式問卷為主,共獲得1089份受禮生及12份導師之有效問卷進行分析。結果顯示在成人禮典禮方面,以朱仲祥影片欣賞的滿意度最高,為748人(68.7%)、古禮(士冠、及笄禮)次之,佔592人(54.4%),其他依序為傳鈐禮579人(53.3%)、舞台劇-繭568人(52.2%)、回顧各班成長歷程551人(50.6%)、越過時光柵欄歷程351人(32.2%)及自我期許唱期盼之歌262人(24%)的滿意度較低。471人(43.3%)受禮生認為此活動對他們有幫助,主要原因以能體會成長意義及思索自己未來的人生意義佔最高比例。班級經營方面,只有637人(58.6%)有進行此活動,滿意者287人(45.1%)、367人(58.3%)認為有幫助,主要原因為與班上同學感情更加融洽及與導師感情更加深入。研究結果除了顯示受禮生及導師對此次成人禮活動的肯定外,並針對研究結果提出建議作為本校明年再次舉辦成人禮活動及他校之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology launched the first Adult Ceremony in 1985 and conducted it every year since then. However, there were some changes in this year 2003. The ceremony brought participants not only joy of growth but also consciousness of the responsibilities as adults. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Adult Ceremony in 2003. The samples include 1089 students that had been 18 years old among Four-year Senior Nursing college (BSc) and Five –year Junior Nursing college (Diploma), and 12 their tutors. According to these 1101 valid questionnaires, 748 (68.7%) considered that the Film View with Zhu Zhong-Xiang was the most gratifying program in the ceremony, 592(54.4%) considered the archaized decorum that included male’s Guan-Ceremony and female’s Ji-Ceremony, 579(53.3%) considered the bell passing activity, 568(52.3%) considered the theatrical performance, and Cocoon. 551(50.6%) considered the experience of showing the retrospections of being together as classmates through PowerPoint. However, there were two lower rates of gratifying programs: a program of crossing over time by three stages: childhood, adolescent and adult for 351(32.2%) students; and singing for self expectation of 262(24%) students. 471(43.3%) students believed they gained through the effect of this Ceremony in 2003. The major reasons included understanding the meaning with growing to maturity and thinking about the meanings of life in the future. According to the class management program, only 637(58.6%) did it, and 287(45.1%) among them felt satisfied. Besides, 367(58.3%) students believed it (the class management program)was helpful. Two major reasons included getting closer affection with classmates and having deeper relationship with their tutors. In general, the result of this research confirms a good reception of the Adult Ceremony in 2003 and shows the constructive advice for the Adult Ceremony in 2004. |
