中文摘要 | 在要求學生翻譯之前,老師必須提供作者生平背景、文本相關資料和作者欲傳達予讀者的訊息,以減少學生誤讀的可能性。翻譯文本的困難程度應和學生對該語言語法認知程度有相當的關連。一本良好的雙語字典和法法字典對於找尋雙語間或該語言中適當對應的字詞表現是不可或缺的。而要求學生根據譯文反向譯回原文不但可以增進學生對原文的了解,也可減輕老師教學上的負擔。 |
英文摘要 | Before asking students to translate a text, the teacher should reasonably aim at reducing comprehension errors by talking about the author, giving contextual information about the text itself and explaining the message that needs to be passed on to the reader. The level of difficulty of the document to be translated must as much as possible take into account the level of the students’ linguistic knowledge. The use of a good quality bilingual dictionary is to be recommended and a French – French dictionary is indispensable as it gives students the possibility to check the meaning of words and expressions they choose for their translation. It would seem appropriate to have students translate back into source language translations they just realized and to correct only their second translation in target language in order to obtain a better translation that would lighten the teacher’s workload. |
