中文摘要 | 本研究為協同行動研究,由一位資訊教師與數學教師協同合作,共同發展資訊融入數學的教學方案,藉以從異質專長教師的協同合作過程中了解教師在資訊融入數學科教學上的專業成長,以及協同行動研究的過程如何促進教師的專業成長。經過二學期的協同行動研究發現,協同行動研究有助於提高教師的教學準備度與實務工作的改進,尤其是缺乏教學經驗之教師在資訊融入教學實施與教學能力的成長。 |
英文摘要 | This paper describes a collaborative action research with elementary teacher in a project of integrating information technology in the mathematics instruction. Through the collaborative action research for two semesters, these teachers, with different expertise, developed their professional abilities in integrating information technology in the classroom. The results showed that collaborative action research helped novice teachers to enhance their professional development in integrating technology in their teaching practices. |
