中文摘要 | 本研究探討碳纖維強化木構件複合材料之靜曲性質;試驗時使用各試材之最適塗佈量應用於碳纖維織布與靜曲試驗試材之膠合,共有對照組、碳纖維織布貼覆於木材之壓縮側、碳纖維織布貼覆於木材之引張側、碳纖維織布貼覆於木材之壓縮及引張兩側等四組試材,藉由CNS454靜曲試驗來探討碳纖維織布貼覆於木材不同受力側之靜曲性質。實驗結果發現,碳纖維織布貼覆於木材上可以抗彎,但是卻無法有效抗壓。當試材引張側貼覆碳纖維織布時,其平均MOR值提升34%(柳杉)~43%(紅檜),平均MOE值提升24%(柳杉)~38%(鐵杉);壓縮側與引張側均貼覆碳纖維織布時,平均MOR值提升40%(紅檜)~48%(柳杉),平均MOE值提升48%(紅檜)~84%(柳杉);壓縮側貼覆碳纖維織布時,平均MOR值提升10%(鐵杉)~17%(臺灣杉),平均MOE值提升19%(紅檜)~38%(鐵杉)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the static bending properties of CF-wood composites. The optimum epoxy resin quantity for different CF-wood composites obtained from our former study was used to adhere carbon fiber to the compressive side of a wood beam, to the tensile side of a wood beam, and to both the compressive and tensile sides of a wood beam, respectively. According to CNS454, bending test was adopted to investigate the mechanical properties of CF-wood composites. The experimental results showed that carbon fiber could improve tensile zone strength of a beam. However, the strengthening effect of CF-wood composites on the compressive zone was not obvious. By adhering carbon fiber to tensile side of test specimens, the values of MOR and MOE increased 34% (Cryptomeria japonica) ~ 43% (Chamaecyparis formosensis) and 24% (Cryptomeria japonica) ~ 38% (Tsuga chinensis), respectively. When adhering carbon fiber to both tensile and compressive sides of test specimens, the values of MOR and MOE increased 40% (Chamaecyparis formosensis) ~ 48% (Cryptomeria japonica) and 48% (Chamaecyparis formosensis) ~ 84% (Cryptomeria japonica), respectively. However, by adhering carbon fiber to compressive side of test sepcimens, the values of MOR and MOE increased 10% (Tsuga chinensis) ~ 17% (Taiwania cryptomerioides) and 19% (Chamaecyparis formosensis) ~ 38% (Tsuga chinensis), respectively. |
