中文摘要 | 圖書館要發揮更大的功能,須由靜態被動的服務,轉為主動滿足師生的需求。教學資中心設立的目的即在主動助教師研究教學,並幫助學生提昇學習效果。 本研究旨在了解高職圖書館轉型教學資源中心的過程中,師生對於相關服務的需求是否會因條件,如年齡、任教類科…等之不同而有所差異?希望於組織架構調整、推動資訊融入教學、E化校園及形成學習型組織之過程提供方向。 研究結果發現,在教師方面: 1. 全體教師對圖書館能否是供穩定而快速的網路服務,顯現較大的需求意願。 2. 對提供教學新知與技能及與其他圖書館連線,女教師比男教師需求高。 3. 在電腦基本運用能力項目中,46~55歲之教師的需求最高。 4. 對建立遠距教學題庫、學習單,語文、社會、商業、資訊四科大於特教及美術、音樂、軍護;數理、體育大於美術、音樂、軍護。 在學生方面: 1. 對提供列印、影印、傳真服務及網路教學資訊顯現較高需求。 2. 對提供特殊學生線上指導,建立遠距教學教材庫、學習單、測驗題庫及娛樂類書、報、雜誌之種類,女生需求都比男生高出許多。 3. 對壢商左岸提供之服務需求,高一大於高二,高二大於高生。 4. 對多媒體軟體的品質及壢商左岸提供之服務,綜高學生大於四個職業類科。 5. 對多媒體軟體的種類,娛樂類書、報、雜誌之數量,資料處理科學生之需求皆低於其他類科學生。 本研究也提出了建議,對校內部分: 1. 對資訊融入教學,可漸進而普遍推行。 2. 應用資訊E化教學之設備及風氣普及,可協助教師改變教材教法,並可鼓勵師生教學互動之活絡。 3. 調整組織架構,設立資訊組長。 4. 針對E化校園及數位化教材建置,教師、職員應具有相關先備資訊能力。 對主管機關制定政策之建議: 1. 經費預算編列,應就各校資訊設施之平均使用率、使用年限、人數,?方考量,公平分配資源。 2. 對停滯多年的圖資設施補助,應考量每年有適當比例之規劃。 |
英文摘要 | The transformation of a library into an instructional resource center is for the purpose of assisting teacher’s research and teaching, and improving student’s learning performance. As the transformation is in progress, this research is conducted to recognize the diverse needs caused by the users’ ages, teaching subjects, departments, and so on. We also want to find directions for the restructure of organization, the dive toward the application of information technology to teaching, the construction of a computerized campus, and the formation of a learning organization. The findings of this research on teachers: 1. A steady and speedy Internet service is the most needed for the teaching staff. 2. For teaching knowledge and technology, female teachers need more than males do. 3. For basic ability of computer, the teachers between the ages of 46 and 55 need the most. 4. For setting up a distance learning database and learning sheets, the needs of the teachers of language and literature, society, commerce, and information are greater than that of the teachers of special education, fine arts, music, and military training and nursing; mathematics and physics, and physical education more than fine arts, music, and military training and nursing. The findings on students: 1. The services of providing printing, photocopy, fax and web learning information are the most needed for all students. 2. For the following services, the needs of female students are greater than that of males: providing learning guidance on line for special students, the setup of a distance learning database, learning sheets, and testing database, the varieties of recreational books, newspapers, and magazines. 3. For the services of Coffee Lounge, freshmen need the most; sophomores the second most; seniors the least. 4. For the quality of multimedia software and the services of Coffee Lounge, students of comprehensive high school need more than the students of all four vocational departments do. 5. For the varieties of multimedia software and the number of recreational books, newspapers, and magazines, the students of data processing department need the lease. This research also advances some suggestions on school management: 1. For the application of information technology to teaching, a gradual spread is feasible. 2. The wide use of computerized equipment for teaching can not only help teachers change teaching materials and methods, but encourage the lively interaction between teachers and students. 3. To restructure the organization, the setup of the position—chief of information is inevitable. 4. For a computerized campus and the setup of digital teaching materials, all staff members should be equipped with relating computer knowledge. Some suggestions to the superior organizations directing the formulation of policies: 1. To make the budget for each school’s information equipment, it is needed for a fair consideration on the average rate of use, duration of use, and then umber of users. 2. After years of suspension of subsidy for library and information equipment, it is time to grant again a proper yearly proportion. |
